IRCDS is working with migrant brick kiln workers in Source Districts (Villupuram, Kallakurichi, and Thiruvannamalai) during the Offseason with the support of the Azim Premji Foundation.
We create awareness about different social security schemes and labor rights and facilitate them to register with Tamil Nadu Construction Workers Welfare Board by doing house visits, village visits, organizing convergence camps for Document verification and registration.
