IRCDS and Tiruvallur District Child Protection Unit has jointly organized Training on Child Marriage, Child Rights and strengthening Village Level Child Protection Committees for Panchayat Presidents, Vice Presidents and ward members belongs to Poondi Block with the support of Children Believe @ Poondi BDO Office on 28th & 30th March 2022.
District Child Protection Officer, Poondi Block Vice-Chair Person, Block Development Officers and former DCPO were participated and talked about the Role of Panchayats in safe guarding child rights, promote child friendly communities and zero child marriage villages.
