IRCDS was founded by Thiru.P.Titus on 20th October 2021 at Polivakkam village, Tiruvallur District. On the eve of 35th year's completion, stepping into the 36th year in the service of Transforming Lives, Thanksgiving mass was held at Tiruvallur Church by His. Excellency. Most Rev. Bishop Remigius, The Emeritus Bishop of Kottar Diocese/ former Director and Chairman of Caritas India.
Function held at Casmir Hall. Bishop. Peter Remigius, Ms. Nancy Anabel, Country Director- India, Children Believe, Mr.A.L.Rangarajan, Country Manager, India Literacy Project, Block Education Officer, Deputy Thasildar, Perambakkam Lions Club Chairman Mr. RTE. Chandrasekaran, NABFINS Regional Manager, former DCPO , NGO leaders , CBO leaders and Thiru . Titus' family members participated.
35th Anniversary souvenir was released and Stone plate opened on the occasion.
