A motivational program was organized jointly by the District Employment Office cum District Career Centre and IRCDS for school dropouts to emphasize the importance of school education, career opportunities, free coaching for government competitive exams, job fairs, and the government online portal for job placements. Officials from the District Employment Office acted as resource persons.
One-on-one career counseling was also provided after the sessions. This program was held at the IRCDS training hall on 20th June 2024.
