Promoting Oxygen Park as part of "Climate Resilience and Carbon Reduction" Date of Publication : 5th May 2022
IRCDS is implementing a project "Climate Resilience and Carbon Reduction in through Building Youth Leadership for Climate Action (YOU-CAN)" with the funding support of Children Believe.
As part of this we have established an Oxygen Park in three villages in Poondi Block in collaboration with the Panchayats. 32 different varieties of 4500 tree saplings planted in one acre of Panchayat common land. This has been telecasted in 4 part in a Makkal TV channel on 28th - 29th April, 4th -5th May
