She is a PostGraduate in Sociology. She is a women group leader with rich experience in organizing communities, building their capacities and Linking with Govt and Banking Institutions. She is working with IRCDS for the past 26 years in different projects such as Empowering Dalits and Women, Community Health, Housing and Sanitation.
