A one-day training program for Women SHG leaders from the tribal community on leadership skills and accessing government welfare schemes and financial support was organized by IRCDS under Ainthinai Thittam as part of the Livelihood Promotion of Tribal Families in Tiruvallur District. This initiative is implemented by IRCDS with funding support from the Department of Tribal Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu. A state-level consultant from the Tribal Welfare Department participated and provided inputs. This training was held at the IRCDS training hall on 21st June 2024.
