IRCDS organized a two-day training program for migrant brick kiln workers on labor rights, workplace safety, and social security schemes available under the Tamil Nadu Construction Workers Welfare Board. These trainings were conducted in Madapattu, Periyasavalai, and Ginjee, covering locations served by the Vidiyal Migration Facilitation Centers initiated by IRCDS with support from the Azim Premji Foundation. Mr. Thenpandyan, an advocate, served as the resource person.
