"Bonded Labour System Abolition day" celebrated in Tiruvallur on 9th Feb 2022. Govt Officials,, released bonded labourers , brick kiln migrant children , IRCDS & IJM NGOs participated in the pledge taken at Collectorate under the chairmanship of Tiruvallur District Collector .
Books and Uniform distributed to the migrant children and sewing machines distributed to released bonded labour women for taking up income generating activities by the District Collector.
Pledge also taken in IRCDS working area brick kilns.
