- Currently IRCDS has 38 staff members ( 64 % of them are females) . Executive Secretary , Project Coordinators , Programme Associates and Accountant are constituted as Core team and their details are given below :
- We have 36 Educational / Community Volunteers ( 87 % of them are females) who are facilitating children in creative learning centres @ community level and Children/ Youth Clubs.
