He has completed Masters in Education with a specialization in Educational Technology, Post Graduate in English and Graduation in Library Science. He has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Literacy and in Child Counselling. In the last four years he is working with IRCDS and playing a key role in coordinating programs.
Experience:
- He has 17 years of experience in the development sector successfully coordinating different projects including Early childhood care, Education, Protecting Child Rights, Livelihood promotion and Empowering Dalits, Tribals, women and youth.
- He has sound knowledge and skills in Program planning, Execution, Monitoring & Evaluation. He is a good trainer on above themes in addition to gender and social inclusion.
