I am Paul Dilton, an Associate Manager at Accenture with 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in managing projects, leading teams, and delivering innovative solutions to the clients.
For the past eight years, I have been a dedicated volunteer with the Integrated Rural Community Development Society (IRCDS). I have supported the organization by contributing to software development for its Management Information System (MIS), enabling the efficient execution of its programs. IRCDS has been instrumental in empowering Persons with disabilities, Promoting early Childhood care and development, Promoting Education, Climate change adaptation measures, Advocating for child rights, fostering Women’s empowerment, and implementing various government programmes.
I strongly believe that “True leadership lies in empowering others,” and I strive to combine my IT expertise with my passion for community service to make a meaningful and lasting impact in every endeavour.

During this time, I contributed by preparing newsletters and documenting success stories, showcasing the organization's achievements and inspiring broader support for its mission.
This invaluable experience complements my current role as an educator at Camp Australia, where I strive to create positive learning environments and engage meaningfully with the community.
