IRCDS has conducted training sessions in Source Districts, namely Villuppuram, Kallakurichy, and Thiruvannamalai, to educate migrant brick kiln workers about social security schemes and their labor rights. Additionally, we have organized training sessions for Panchayat Presidents and Secretaries at the Senji BDO Office in Villuppuram District, imparting knowledge and awareness on relevant topics.
