The Education Department, in partnership with IRCDS, has jointly organized a training session for members of the School Management Committee (SMC) on the 11th and 12th of September at Poondi BRC. The training included discussions led by Block Education Officers, BRTE, and the District Coordinator of SSA on the RTE Act, the functions of the SMC, and the roles and responsibilities expected of SMC members.
